Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a practice which is becoming increasingly popular and for many good reasons. EFT can be used to improve all areas of your life, but in our case especially to help stop cravings, loneliness and anxiety. Our cannabis addiction has come from emotional distress and is based from our emotions. EFT is perfect for removing these blocks and once removed the invisible addiction we have will just fade away.

When practised EFT can create results in minutes which last for hours at a time so it seems that EFT is probably the easiest and most effective solution for coping with cravings and anxiety.

Sounds good, but how do we apply it? There are two parts to applying EFT.

To perform EFT you would do the physical tapping in the appropriate places whilst saying your verbal statements that are important to you. It's really simple when you get the hang of it and the effects are instant and lasting. Try it when you have your next craving and see for yourself.
